After a few hours of updating to Sierra.
Razer blackwidow.. my razer mouse is working fine.
Tried everything: Reboot, reinstall synapse, disconnect/connect again. Sometimes it works in a field to input a password and then no more.
Extremely annoying and I cannot use my external monitor thanks to this issue now.

Similar problem here. Logitech K400 Plus and Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 2000. It seems like it doesn't recognize keyboard layout properly, doesn`t respond to A, H and I swapped, lower left / is §... Seems like a system bug.

FWIW, it's not a system bug because two non-Apple keyboards are no longer compatible with Sierra. As Csound1 suggested, try an Apple wired keyboard, or even an Apple wireless keyboard. They both work fine on Sierra.
Well, my Apple Wireless Keyboard doesn't work as well, so it actually might be a system problem. Function keys work properly - brightness, volume etc. - but I cannot write a single letter in order to login.
Any ideas?
Thanks for your all support and opinions. I've found solution for my problem, however, I don't know if it will work with you. Resetting PRAM or SMC was not helpful.
First, I had to remove all the additional software for all my mouse/keyboard devices, that includes also original Logitech drivers and apps. Then, I used a terminal command to remove my keyboard type recognition wizard data, to let him run again.
sudo rm /Library/Preferences/com.apple.keyboardtype.plist
Then I restarted Mac and when it restarted - I closed keyboard recognition wizard (this one where you press keys near Shift). And it worked. 🙂 Don't let him recognize, because he will mess it up again.
Afterall, you can install Logitech Options for your mouse and to use Logitech Unifying.
(It fixed Logitech K400 Plus issues, but not Microsoft WirelessKeyboard 2000)
Get a wired keyboard for moments such as this. Get an Apple wired keyboard.

I get some functions but not all, and mouse is very jerky.
Finally dug out a wired keyboard so I can at least use the machine.
